The company had really great values until Tyco bought the company .. Decisions by management really mad scene, people made a great wage. and people were happy to work there ... over years they have cut and cut the pay structure, they have been extremely demanding in wanting results from methods that haven't worked in years.. Managements decisions are measured by reports and not true results ( we are told by management to "trick the system" to make a report look better) The superstar sales people in my office are only successful because they know how to "work" the computer system (the computer programs they use look like they are from 1983..not even windows based) to get/steal leads. The training is pathetic!! and once you are so called trained they throw you out in the field with little to no sales manager support ... the managers only know 2 things ..get SGL's (self generated leads) and to make 100 cold calls a week... They will push and push and push ..but they offer no suggestions on how to do it correctly or effectively...it is a shame cause i really loved working for this company ..it is sad to see it get so bad!!
