Pros

The company health benefits are good.

Cons

You have to generate all of your own leads, make a minimum of 200 calls per week. If you don't make those calls you are penialized by not being put on the list the following week to receive company leads. The company leads are not great and you have to drive in all directions. They have about 20 different computer programs that you have to use to update your leads, be prepared to be micro managed to the tenth degree. In the weekly meetings the reps are treated like children, people are told they are wearing the dunce cap this week. Then they try to have contests with rewards such as a night out after work to drink and eat pizza. What's Next? Hotdogs and a roller skating party? whoopee!! Dont they know that CASH is KING?

Pros

ADT offers superior resources for online training in multiple disciplines. Decent, but pricey heath coverage. Some advancement opportunities.

Cons

ADT culture is profit driven at the cost of both customer and employee wellbeing. ADT is loaded with experienced well intentioned security professionals that are held back from executing quality work by management that continually changes direction and appears to be mainly focused on sales and inventory timing to maximize the bonus matrix. Opportunity is there, but prepare to join the dark side.

Pros

If you like Door-to-Door selling the compensation is good, had ping pong table, flexible hours.

Cons

Poor Training, no encouragement by other team members, real management is never present, no strategy in selling techniques, most sales reps would only last a week or say and get discouraged to continue working there so quick turnover rate
