If you are succesful with this company you have to really work hard and put a lot of miles on your car.
Pros
You do have a decent opportunity to make $80k within the first year. The company does provide you with about 1 appointment. The rest is all on you. If you are super self motivated and willing to grind out a bunch ot on average $300 rips per sale you can make a living. It's a great job for an entry level sales person. A good stepping stone to get some sales experience.
Cons
This job has a very high turnover rate. There is nothing easy about it. The turnover rate is so high that you are constantly taking the same trainings over and over again. That's if you even make it that long. When I left the company the culture of micro management was getting pretty bad even if you already had a succesful routine. Top producers chained to a desk when they could have been running appointments and making sales.
