      Able to drive work car home

      Cons

      ADT is making many changes that prevent alarm installers from making money, personally I'm on track to make $20,000 than last year and have to do twice the work.

      Pros

      The only thing that I miss about this job is the people I worked with. It was typically a fun environment but that can vary office to office. The company does provide good benefits and you can make some good money if you apply yourself.

      Cons

      Company constantly changing pay structure. (3 times in one year) Management constantly changes the way the handle procedures and constantly makes threats.

      Good benefits.. Global company.. Ave industry standard working environment... But you come to work... Dont expect to glide through your days!

      Cons

      Too big and the corporate environment sometimes make you fell disillusioned. We should make service delivery our REAL goal and not just use it in a jargon sense. Invest more heavily in equipment and people to give an even better service. Cut lead times on installations as well as servicing. Double up customer care and decentralise call centers to bring the human and kocal touch back into the business. Spending now will cost maybe 2% on earnings globally for investors but the ROI In the long term will be remarkable. A customer should get same day service when needed as we are responsible for their sense of well-being
