Meeting the bare minimum allows you to fly low under the radar. Salesman are celebrated and control the organization. Advancement opportunities arise frequently as people quit at a fast pace, Promotions are given without regard to education, skill set, or merit. Easy advance without much effort. Strong benefits.Offers tuition reimbursement, get your degree at their expense and then move on to a more reputable organization.

Cons

Non-competitive wages, Frequent Changes in management, Unskilled mid-level managment/leadership, Very Poor employee moral, Meeting goals is often accomplished at the expense of customers. One would think an organization that felt the strains of its parent company unwittingly helping drive the birth Sarbanes Oxley, would know to do the "right thing".
