Cons

No movement, same personel doing the same job for years and years, sometimes even until retirement.No advancement opportunities for the younger generation. Lack of recognition and reward. Pay Vs Effort don't necessarily go hand in hand. Working hard is a must but recognition is also a must. Stuck in archaic ways.Incredible amount of backstabbing between colleagues on a constant basis. No team spirit, instead of working with each other to achieve better results, a lot of the personnel works against each other.

Cons

In spite of off-site training called QuickStart, which can be very good, overall training of new reps is very poor. Expectation from management seems to be "there's a long learning curve you just have to get through." VERY poor way to treat both employees as well as customers who engage a new rep for their job quote. Mileage reimbursement is WAY too low.
