Paid training bonus Flexible schedule Great work life balance

Cons

Poor Management Bad communication with company between techs/operations and sales You only make 15% after install (pre tax) if job is under $2k and 30% if it’s over. After training your fed to the sharks A lot of bad leads Most Appointments created by the call center are fake or cancellations Residential only gets paid after install Takes 2-3 weeks for installation so sometimes you won’t get a check Techs will refuse/not finish jobs
