Pros

Benefits are fabulous & since my whole family is on mine; that is a plus.

Cons

Once you are on salary you can end up working 70-80 hours/week w/no compensation & often not even a pat on the back for a job well done from your manager. Unless you have a degree, you very rarely move up in the company

Hmmmmmm....... Can't think of even ONE pro

Cons

Very much a 'boys club'. The only reason you are beginning to see more diversity (minorities and women in senior level roles) is that it was to be seen in a more positive light when the company went public. Many of the male managers who have been with the company for a long period of time are rude and disrespectful. There is Al's a lot of patting each other on the back and taking credit for the work of staff with lower job titles.

With persistance you can learn a variety of good customer service skills. There is rarely a dull moment.

Cons

Lacidaisical management, inconsistant application of policies, and inadequate training. If you are looking for a career thisis not the company unless you habe a degree. Actual experience counts for nothing with this company's management.
