They don't pay for your gas, its all cold leads, and if you bring concerns up to management they become extremely defensive and rude and have a very condescending attitude. I was literally insulted several times while attempting to have an adult conversation. For example I was told that I will never be successful in life because I am a miserable person who chooses to turn down and opportunity to make more money that I will ever make in my life( which is not true in an stretch of the imagination) And I will never get anywhere in life because I am obviously a quitter and always will be.

Middle management only care about their quarterly bonuses (Area and Regional Managers) and don't care about the front line managers or employees. They don't care about the moral or how much stress they put on their teams. They will even make up false cases against indivduals they decide they no longer like and will never listen to both sides of a story. If someone says something about another person they are quick to judge that what is being said is true. Employees fear for their jobs and won't speak out when they see something wrong occurring because if they do they are retaliated against.
