Pros

It was a job, not much more. I was hired as a Business account manager, but the position did not involve any duties they explained in the interview. The make a big deal out of the ipad they issue you but does no help that much other then being a prop.

Cons

If you like cold calling door to door this is the place for you. If you enjoy working from a list of phone numbers the have already been worked by other sales, this is for you. It is 99% cold calling on phone and door to door. This a very unproductive way to sell. Saturday (blitz day) The product and service is so over priced it amazing they can sell anything.

There is a reason ADT was recently ranked the 6th worst company to work for. Micromanagement is the name of the game. ADT claims "customer service obsessed." ummmm not so much! Operations and sales cannot get along. The compensation metrics for operations directly causes conflict and dissention with sales. Re-organization occurs every 1-2 years because nothing they try works.
