Great Company Mission Well Known Brand Great People Working Hard People strive to overcome the obstacles If you are able to achieve technical expertise you can get promoted

Cons

Employee Effectiveness Hampered by poor IT systems and constant outages or slow downs. Slow to act and very red tape approach to getting things done. Not Nimble. The "slap the wrist" mentality is wide spread in the install and service tech world. Communication needs to improve.

Pros

Freedom to use your better judgment once properly trained. Can be fast paced and exciting at times. Not locked down in one post.

Cons

No goals to reach for, and the training is not ongoing. The evaluation process never allows you to get a decent raise. An F.T.O. working for fifteen years with the company was barely making 15 per hr. seems like a waste after devoting a quarter century of your life.

Compensation for Sales was good, but only if you were willing to invest long hours and really push hard.

Cons

No training in products, its basically a swim of sink attitude after you are hired, Company does not care about the customer, although they spend millions trying to convince the public that they do. No real support from management. HR is a joke .
