Managers are very in experienced and enjoy doing nothing all day.

Cons

The manager is not equipped to handle his job. His message to all employees is the same; knock on doors, make cold calls, all while he never leaves the office. LEAD by example. If my job depended on how well my team was doing, I would get out there and help them do it. I would not put my feet up all day and watch the world go by.

my boss was the best thing about the job....other than that i would only recommend you think long and hard and have a yr of savings to fall back on

there are so many cons i don't know where to start disorganized, dysfunctional, install runs the show and will make or break you so better learn to suck up if you want to get paid.
