It's the largest, most known security company in the US. High commissions for product

Cons

No real territories -- it's a free for all No product training -- given we sell stuff that people's lives can depend on, that's just plain dumb "What have you done for me in the last 20 minutes?" mentality, no sense of loyalty from management which is returned by staff Management is designed to direct the lowest common denominator so if you're professional in any way shape or form, go someplace else Silo management system that pits installation against sales

- steady pay - work by yourself - good team - make customers happy by giving a sense of safety

Cons

- product line is very complex, and customers issues are often unique and require a lot of troubleshooting - compared to similar jobs (like Dish in my experience), dispatch was disorganized and unhelpful - support systems are lacking
