Steady hours and a clean job. The staff is helpful. It's a good place to start to get phone experience.

Cons

It's difficult being tethered to a phone for 8 hours at a time. If you're an active person there isn't any way to leave your desk and it can be a little stressful.

None, just run! I never met such an abusive, exploitive, and cruel employer such as the management at ADT. All supposed positives about this place were inflated claims made by recruiters.

Cons

Every chance of interacting with ADT reveals the company's slaughterhouse of micromanaged employees. The recruiters lie constantly in order to fill the cubicles with any bodies. The advertising campaign is more aggressive and desperate than Sutherland Global.
