Pros

You used to make 30% commission on jobs option to sell two business door-to-door residential uncapped Commission.

Cons

Product line changed to a more Self Setup Ring simply safely system and commissions are lower with new system. Your work weeks and hours are 12 hours 5 days a week. Management driven on numbers will hold you to longer hours if you’re not meeting the quota of 17 sales a month. Managers will want you to work on your days off if you’re not on track. Majority of leads are now self generated the leads from the call center have slowed down because the focusing on closing more jobs via phone then from the door-to-door representative.

Pros

I liked the variety of tech focused and data entry tasks. Worked with a great team that was very helpful.

Cons

No cons that were too bad. Some days were boring and repetitive, some days required a lot of multi-tasking, troubleshooting, and projects done before a certain time. Other than that, my time there was good.
