Lack of caring about employees

Pros

Co-workers, pto, growth potential, 401k match

Cons

Recent changes at AAA prove they do not care about employees, with a return to office mandate that costs employees more money, zero raises or compensation, lies about RTO and ADA accommodations, and ignoring all concerns about this change with little warning (less than 60 days). They do not care.

Thanks for sharing your perspective. We understand that transitions like returning to the office can feel challenging. Over the past few years, we’ve learned a lot about how our teams work best, and our goal is to strike a balance that supports collaboration, culture, and employee wellbeing. We’re focused on making the office a place where people can connect, innovate, and get support that’s sometimes harder to replicate remotely. At the same time, we’re committed to listening and continuing to make improvements based on employee feedback. We appreciate your voice in the conversation and encourage you (and others) to keep sharing what’s working and what could be better.

Pros

Coworkers, most benefits, and pto

Cons

Recent culture changes have completely erased any morale in this organization. You cannot work remote for nearly 6 years and expect people to 180 their lives in less than 60 days. This is expensive, a waste of time, and unnecessary. I will now be going to an office to use MS Teams to work with my direct reports across the country. I was never hired to work in a building, most do not need to be in a building. We are spread across the country. Why ruin a good thing? Why be so unattached to understand how this impacts people? We don't make top pay, this is costly, this is unrealistic, and has been nothing but a morale lowering change. People have lost their push to go above and beyond, this is nothing more than a way to reduce heads. Shame on you.
