Pros

Mostly nice people. Great manager. Flexibility with PTO.

Cons

Mass layoffs and the 3-day RTO were the worst ideas this company ever had. Limiting your prospects to local talent is absurd considering the horrible pay and even worse benefits. What was once a great and promising non-profit environment has taken a nosedive in the past few years to become a corporate kool-aid fountain. Dissent is punished and blind obedience is rewarded. I feel sorry for anyone who still works at this organization and the new people who get lured into working there.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We understand that shifts like returning to the office can feel disruptive. Our intention has been to support stronger collaboration and connection which is sometimes harder to replicate remotely. We’re continuing to listen, learn, and adjust as we move forward. Feedback helps us understand where we can do better, and we appreciate you taking the time to speak up.

Pros

pto balance, volunteer days available, team members

Cons

Nah fam, this ain't it. Ive worked for a few companies over the years and this the quickest I've seen it change. I been here pre COVID and post COVID and can say my teams production, creative, output are grater post COVID. No one has interest in returning to "the old way". This hole "walkin down the hall to collaborate" is the most out-of-touch statement. I sit at my desk and work, I in the halls to go to the rest room. Please.. we aren't collaboratin in the halls. We collab using modern tech, as we have been. The success of our business relies on hiring the right people, giving them the flexibility they deserve, and the opportunity to prove themselves. My team is not happy. I am losing one and afraid I will lose more. Many of them are ^permanent^ wfh, and now it change on them, this morally wrong.
