7moWe’re glad to hear you’ve enjoyed the work/life balance and the opportunity to collaborate with great colleagues. You gave us advice which is to show more appreciation toward staff. We’re always exploring new ways to recognize and appreciate our Associates. Past efforts have included company-wide recognition, annual awards given to Associates, and a digital platform where Associates can send personalized thank you cards to other teammates. If you have ideas, we encourage you to share them with your leadership team as we value input from Associates.
