      Pros

      Zip, zero, nadda, none, absolute bupkiss.

      Cons

      You are treated like cattle. Ordered to take constant calls, no time given to cool down when you get an angry member on the phone (Daily occurrence.) You're also paid PEANUTS for the job you do and the yearly "pay raise" is a slap in the face based on raise values from the 80's.

      Culture is supportive and values are equally applied to clients and associates. Best company that I have ever worked for in terms of caring about employee and client satisfaction. At AAA Club Alliance we talk the talk and walk the walk

      It is not widely known that AAA has a Corporate Travel offering. We are the best kept secret but with a bigger emphasis in the digital media world that is beginning to change

      I leave on time. Everyone has checked out so we do just enough to get by

      there isn't enough room to tell you...no advancement (except for senior leaders), incompetent, out of touch leadership, a complacent workforce who doesn't care anymore and is ignored, not listened to. People just putting in their time until retirement, unethical management that "fakes" membership results to achieve their big bonuses...its just like Wells Fargo....all about the $$!!! All that member first stuff is a window-dressing bunch of crap...don't believe it!!
