Was greeting in the morning by one of the assessors at Gatwick who made everyone feel relaxed, there was over 30 of us for the interview. The first stage is to wait in the canteen and get paperwork handed over and height measured. You then get brought upstairs and are given a presentation about easy jet ( do your research) it’s a great company by the information given at presentation and also my own research. You are then split into groups and have group activities, the first is lost luggage and match the items to the people, there is also two assessors sitting and taking notes.. try not to take notice and be yourself. Don’t talk over people and ensure you get your input in but also involve anyone who is a bit more shy. Some of us was then moved about for the next activity and it was listing things on board and where would you prioritise them. A lot of people in my group were shouting over my other team members and this was stressful as a group in general we weren’t strong. The final task was to re vamp the magazine. You then are given a lunch break and then brought back up. The people who don’t make the interview stage are sent home. From what I notice it was people who didn’t have input at all and left their team to do all the talking or people who were to loud. About 10 of us was kept for the interview. The interview itself was relaxed and was one of the best interviews I’ve ever had the assessor was lovely and gave you time to think and answer all the questions she had given you. Overall the interview was fair and I wouldn’t tell people to give up if they didn’t make the second cut and to just ensure you are confident at being a team player and voicing your opinion .
