There are several stages including online Teams calls x 2, situation judgement test, specific to airlines tests on things that could happen on the plane, customer service tests, vetting and final interview confirmation. The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.
