Glassdoor users rated their interview experience at easyJet as 100% positive with a difficulty rating score of 3 out of 5 (where 5 is the highest level of difficulty). Initial stage involves taking an e-tray exercise as well as psychometric tests. Upon successful completion of these, you are invited to a 1 day assessment centre at the Luton HQ.
Assessment day consisted of an initial presentation about easyJet and the company, two group exercises (one being of a practical nature such as making something out of paper, and the other exercise involving analysing financial information and making a decision), one presentation (again involves assessing financial information, and making a decision), and a competency based interview.
Feedback is given on the other hand regardless of the outcome which is a very good plus.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most difficult question asked was hard for me as I had effectively answered it in the previous question, and couldn't think of another example. While there was an attempt to turn the interview into less of an interrogation as with most competency interviews the questions were pre-planned.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at easyJet (Lisboa, Lisboa) in Sep 2012
Interview
Almost full day. Group sessions and group exercises. They want to see your creativity as well as ability to work with others, leadership skills without being pushy or arrogant. It's more about how you conduct yourself. Can't be too shy nor too outspoken. Be cordial to everyone at all times as you're constantly being watched and evaluated.

Come up with a sales pitch for an inflight sales on a random product in less than 5 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at easyJet (Luton, East of England, England) in Jun 2012
Interview
At first I had to apply online. CV and cover letter needed, also 3-4 competency based questions. Then there were 2 online test by SHL (numerical and logical reasoning tests). At the final stage I was invited to the Easyjet Academy where there was a personal interview with CV based and Competency questions, a group exercise and a presentation with theme "how can easyjet be the biggest short haul airline company in Europe".
