Online group activity, online 121. Group activity was 5/6 from what I can remember people in total to see how you worked together as a team. They gave you this bids of information and then scenarios which you information related to but without communicating each other’s information the activity would not have worked for some scenarios again this part of the interview was to make sure you were communicating. Then the 121 was very much a stock standard, why aviation, why cabin crew, what have to done in the past to demonstrate good leadership skills ect.

You have a chance to make friends in the cafeteria before going to do group tasks which were fun and easily explained. 1 task you choose your group pals and the last is chosen then you have a 1on1. I think they’ve worked on making the atmosphere as relaxed as much as you’re capable to relax, fun and very much as a big family. The tasks were fun and didn’t seem judged.
