Very straightforward. 3 rounds and first was with a recruiter and I had the pleasure of working with Olivia Masters who made navigating the process so much easier and gave such great insight to each step. Next was a behavior style interview with a director and final interview was a role play. Process took about 3 weeks.

Question 1
Describe your selling style and why you want to work here
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo in May 2023
Interview
The interview process was very efficient. My recruiter Olivia M was AMAZING! I had a call with her to go over my background and gage my interest in joining. I think there was a second call with Olivia where she told me more about the company and answered the list of questions I had and shared the rest of the details of the role. She was very informative about the role and had a good understanding of who best to ask the sales related questions to. Then I interviewed with a manager over zoom for 30 minutes. The final interview was with the VP of sales and the manager who did my first zoom interview. The final call was 45-60 minute call and I had to run a mock demo selling to the Vp and Manager. They provided me with a pitch deck and some material to do pre call research with.

Question 1
Q: how do you manage a full pipeline while still being expected to close multiple deals each month?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ZoomInfo in Jun 2023
Interview
One of their recruiters contacted me via LinkedIn and asked if I was looking and if I would be willing to chat with them. After responding not once but twice to get their attention that I was interested, they finally set a call time. They spoke a lot during the call, and it felt like they were trying to sell the position to me. It was pretty awkward, and I was left only to one-word statements because the recruiter talked for entirely too long. They did not ask me any questions that weren't surface-level. They told me the next steps would be having a Zoom/call with the hiring manager, and ALSO I need to apply through their website. ( Why are you asking me to use the website if you contacted me???). Either way, I was set to make it to the next round. Two days went by and I received an email saying I wasn't moving forward. No reason and no follow-up as to why. Just a generic email.
