ZoomInfo Account Executive interview questions

I interviewed twice at ZoomInfo and did not have a great experience. Both times I was ghosted by the same recruiter at different stages of the process. Initially, I received no feedback or response after an initial phone screen which is not an issue. The second time I was passed to the next round a week after the phone screen, I then completed the second round and was told I would be moving on to the final round. I emailed the recruiter to schedule that round and then a little over a week and a half later I received a generic email stating they were now passing.

This was by far one of the best recruiting processes i've ever had. My recruiter, Danielle Bartone was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I had a first recruiting screen, then a hiring manager screen and a mock discovery call. All with quick feedback and clear next steps. Very impressed
