I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Wise
Interview
Was a very long winded process with several rounds and confusion as some rounds were repeated/added on. Overall it took almost 2 months and there was poor feedback at the end as to why it was not successful. Felt misleading as throughout the process there was positive feedback but at the very end was told it was not a fit.

Interview
- call with HR to understand background. pretty informal conversation just to go through your previous experience and understand a bit more about the role they're hiring.
- call with a product manager within the area of the position, to get a feeling of overall background and product experience. this one lasted longer and they went really deep into my understanding of product processes. I got a few questions in a "case" format that I wasn't expecting for this interview step mainly due to lack of time, but I could sense they were after people who had a lot of understanding around methodologies and such, which I guess it's ok. the person was super nice throughout the entire interview, explained a lot more about the role and how they're structured, and even supplied feedback later on through email on what they were actually looking for and why I didn't qualify, which I though was pretty great since most companies you have to ask for this kind of information.
overall the experience was good.
