3 main topic questions were repeated throughout the interview in different rephrases. 1. Tell me how you identify a customer’s problem. If you are the product manager, how would you solve them? / If your newly launched product is faced with negative customer feedback, what would you do? 2. As a product manager, how do you decide when to kill a product? 3. Company Xyz is replicating our products, as a product manager what would you do?
The hiring process took a month and was professional. However, the product team interviewer seemed emotional, overly stressed, and keep rushing as if the interview was a way to seek out solutions.
