Wise interview questions

The hiring process was quite lengthy, as I applied in December 2024 and only received an outcome in February 2025. The process involved an initial Screening Call, followed by a Final Interview, and then an Offer if successful. However, after my Final Interview, I was later referred to another team and had to attend a second Final Interview. Throughout both interviews, I was informed that the outcome would be shared within 2-3 weeks, but the wait times between each stage were frustrating, with minimal updates. While I appreciated the consideration for another team, the lack of communication and long timeline made the experience challenging. With that said, I am still grateful for the opportunity to meet and speak with the team leads. The interviewers were insightful, and I valued the experience of learning more about Wise. Though I am disappointed by the outcome, I hope to cross paths again in the future.
