I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in May 2014
Interview
They were quick to get in touch after I sent my application. HR was very friendly and enthusiastic. I was apologetically warned by everyone I met, that there would be 4 interviews.
First interview was with developers. That was a lot of fun - we brainstormed about possible new products and spoke about new trends on the market.
The second interview was with the manager to the position I was applying for. He was clearly unprepared and preoccupied with something else as kept taking phone calls during the interview. The questions were standard interview questions.

Interview
I applied for a position in their New York office. The interview was in 3 steps:
1. HR Screening: very enthusiastic, asked basic questions about passion and experience.
2. Job Specific: with a FT employee in London in the same position. Asked proficiency questions about how to approach growth problems and basic SQL.
3. Office Specific: with someone in the New York office. Determined office fit and mindset on marketing.
