Online application, invitation for the on-site interview via e.mail two days prior to the day of the interview (with one Customer Service Associate & one Line Manager - easy & relaxed conversation about diverse set of aspects of life & work & my point of view towards them), feedback via e.mail after 3 business days, invitation for the second round via e.mail one day prior to the day of the 2. interview (30 min Skype video call with the Head of Customer Service: very pleasant conversation about my background & way up to today as well as my aspirations for the position & my overall way forward), e.mail invite included a task (do a transfer using TransferWise), final feedback after 3 business days via e.mail.

Interview
First Interview conducted through Skype. Friendly interviewer. They asked the typical HR questions ex Where do you see yourself in 5 years. Also they asked: where did you hear about us? Did you know the company ? Have you used any of our services? Overall, nice 30 minute conversation. Did not get an offer for the next stage which is a phase to phase interview because my degree was not a great fit for that specific department.
