I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin)
Interview
It had taken three stages in total and the first step was a virtual interview. The results of each stages had arrived within a day and after each step, there were a few days depending on your preferences. Overall, it was a satisfying and sincere process for me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wise (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2021
Interview
Applied online. First step HR, typical questions.
Second with senior software engineer, got a question OOD + some programming. He did not ask questions and always said during tech part - "Ok", "yes". I tried to speak with him, like with a "team player" on a project, but without success...
After a couples of weeks I did not receive any email from HR, by the way I already feel that I did not go to the next round

After that, I got a reply within 2 working days that I made it to the final round, which is a 1 hour interview via zoom with the team lead. The meeting was scheduled for a week later. After the interview, I was told that I would get a reply within a week, be it whether I got the job or not. In the end, I got a response in about 24 hours, with an offer letter.
