I applied online. I interviewed at Wise in May 2021
Interview
The Recruitment team was very professional and shared with me all the required details and supporting Links.
The process was smooth and speedy & interviewers were friendly and supportive. But what caught me the most, was scheduling a feedback meeting post rejection. for me, that was a sign of respect and appreciation from WISE team.

Question 1
I had 2 interviews;
The first was a general one with the talent team.
And the second was a competency interview.
They both went smooth.

Interview
There were about 5 stages to the process. Call with the recruiter, call with a product designer, call with the design lead and a presentation for a take-home exercise (we've since then stopped doing that I believe, since it's not necessarily the greatest practice but I did enjoy it). The last stage was having a meeting with my potential team's PM and Engineering lead - I had the luck of knowing some of my potential (product) team mates from before and I liked the fact that the familiarity didn't carry over to the interview process itself.

Interview
Long. Applied in February, contacted in March, provided with an outcome in mid April. Despite the process of this being a little long, my experience was good, even though the job changed scope and then was later removed. I admire this company, and always wanted to work here, so even tho I was disappointed of the outcome, my recruiter was really nice and took the time to explain why things changed on their side and offered to keep in touch for future openings. I am aware sometimes this can be the standard answer, however, I felt this recruiter went above and beyond her role, which in times like this is so appreciated.
