I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in May 2023
Interview
There were 3 rounds. First round was your CV & Cover Letter, which when passed was followed by a Hirevue interview(they asked 3 questions during that interview - revolved around your values & how much you know about Wise's mission+culture). If you pass that then there is the third and final round - a zoom interview with two team leads. In my experience, it was a very relaxing and laidback interview as if I was talking to friends - they really knew how to set the mood and were super chill. They didn't ask tough questions, just about your past experiences and what you understand about the company & the position you applied for.

Question 1
1) What do you understand Due Diligence does? 2) What do you know about Wise's culture? 3) Tell me about an instance where you prioritized the customer over the company? 4) Tell me about a time you worked with someone you didn't like, why? How did you try to make the situation better? 5) Tell me about a time where you suggested changes in the customer experience to the management based on the feedback a customer gave you? How did you implement it and what were the results?
One of the best interview experiences ever. All the interviewers were well trained and were very fun and knowledgeable to talk with! The questions asked were also practical and related to the finance domain. Overall great experience!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in May 2023
Interview
The recruiter was very nice, the company made a good impression. I didn’t go to the senior position. The programming task was very easy. At the first interview, ask simple questions about work experience and whether the conditions are suitable
