Interview
I've applied online. Recruiter reached out and asked to provide timeslots to book an intro meeting. Ghosts me for 1 week and counting. Of course, I've answered saying that I've submitted my availability and if there will be next steps. Silence.

Interview
Process was fine, had the opportunity to meet with a lot of people which is always a plus (I felt a good connection with about half the people I interviewed with, which for me personally is a little low, but the hiring manager was one of the people I felt I clicked which was probably the most important thing). The process did take a long time, and I needed to follow up with them quite a bit to keep things moving. I did all the interviews (4 in total), but was then told they've decided to move the job to another country, though if they weren't I was likely to have had an offer. The location was something I felt could have been firmly decided beforehand, and ultimately the feeling I was left with was that they don't respect people's time when interviewing with them.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with something challenging and how you responded to it
Hirevue and a interview with a team lead as well as a confirmation interview with HR — good questions that are relevant to the job and specific functions and even sub-functions to be hired for. Interview with the lead is often accompanied by another agent to reduce bias. Both parties asked very relevant questions and drew from their own challenging situations.
