First round was answering five questions in three minutes each, with video recording through HireVue. The recording can be made at any time, but for me it was weird talking against the clock and to the camera with no responses.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process was well-structured and straightforward, consisting of several stages that allowed me to showcase your skills and experience at different levels. Firstly, I had a HireVue interview, where I had to answer some general questions about your work experience and background. Then, I answered some questions that were designer to assess my communication and problem-solving skills. Finally, I attended a Zoom interview where I met with the team leads from CS teams and answered some behavioral and skill-based questions. During the interview, I felt that the leads were genuinely interested in learning about your experience and work style, and that they were also transparent about the responsibilities of the role and the company culture. Overall, I found the process to be positive, and I felt that you were treated with respect and professionalism throughout. I appreciated that the team at Wise took the time to understand my skills and experience, and that they provided me with feedback at each stage of the process. I would definitely recommend Wise as a good employer to work with.

Question 1
If there is a miscommunication or an argument with a co-worker, how would you deal with it?
Four stage interviews, same as in their job web page - Coding test - Technical - Product thinking - Final interview Coding and technical are rather typical and straight forward. I was rejected after final interview. Feels like they are looking for people with a lot of exposure in product
