I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Unilever in Dec 2017
Interview
Started off first with an aptitude test consisting of 12 mini games. These games are supposed to reveal certain characteristics or traits about the individual. One of the game involves pressing the spacebar as fast as one could in a stipulated time. Another email will follow informing if one has passed the first test and move on to the next. The second test involves a digital interview with 3 scenario case questions and 1 business case. Candidates have 3 minutes to answer with 3 tries available for the first three questions. The last question allows for 5 minutes worth of answer.
