I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Róterdam) in May 2019
Interview
1. Master + English level
2. Pymetrics test
3. Video interview (takes about one hour)
4. Experience Day at HQ Rotterdam (Weena). The day is more focused on what you actually can do (e.g. quickly come to conclusions), rather than who you are as a person. My personal interview only lasted 25 minutes in which very superficial questions were being asked by the director. As a result, very limited feedback after having received no offer. In general, I really missed the personal touch and interest into the applicant during this day. In addition, no women were involved in the decision-making process and present during the assessment day as interviewers. The day itself is very well prepared and organized with interesting cases and insights.
The interview at dc was slow and tough. Need to pick out what hiring managers want to hear. Need to be proactive especially during the surprise scenario. Possesss leadership skills (meaning start the ball rolling and begin the discussion. Speak loudly so the observers can credit you. )
