Ulta Beauty interview questions

I applied online did a pesonality quiz and was called the next day. Interview was in the managers office. Pretty basic questions. Informal, but dress nice, it is a beauty store. I was told they would call me after they reviewed and they called me as I got in my car to leave.

I applied with an online application and received a call almost immediately. I interviewed in a back office room with the head manager. It was in very close quarters so it was quite intimidating. I was asked many questions that I really had to think on the spot to provide good answers. As long as you are knowledgeable about beauty and think on your feet you will be fine.
