Ulta Beauty Operations Manager interview questions

First intwrview had about 15 technical questions they were reading off of a 2 page paper. I then met with the hiring manager for a second interview and again they read off of a paper asking lots of technical questions with a little selling excersise at the end. I waited one week without a response after the second interview. I had called for an update to be told the hiring manager was out for the week and i should get a response next week. I never heard anything after that after wasting my time. This company left a bad taste in my mouth
