Ulta Beauty interview questions

The GM and Salon manager spoke with me about my experience with the business and why I wanted to work there. They finished up by telling me we'd need to do a practical for a facial. They were very nice.

Submitted my application online and within a week received a call for an interview. Interview was with the Prestige manager. The interview was conducted in the break area of the back of the store and had a very laid back atmosphere. She asked about my work experience in cosmetics (had some) and retail (had none). We spoke like friends chatting, conversation flowing naturally, rather than stiff interviewing back and forth.
