Ulta Beauty interview questions

Interesting location chosen to interview applicants, not behind closed doors but off to the side of the salon - easy distractions. Group interview with other applicants and questions aren't necessarily directed at one applicant or another so you are competing to answer, trying to keep yourself unique, and remain polite/professional which can be intimidating as you listen to others answers.

The first interview was a phone interview that caught me off guard since I was just returning a missed call. But it went well. The second interview was at the salon and again they caught me off guard and had me do a facial. They asked the usual situational questions and friendly chit chat.They ended up calling me. couple days later and offered me the position.
