Ulta Beauty interview questions

Series of three interviews. First was a group interview each individual was asked a different questions most of which were on glass door. I was excused after my first question and offered a second interview for my particular position. The other interviewees were asked to sell a product from the store.

I meet the general manager and prestige manager. The interview was pretty laid back not very intimating.The emphasis on the interview was acknowledging you have to convert clients to get services. I would advice anyone to ask many questions in the interview and have a clear understanding of the pay structure
