Ulta Beauty interview questions

I applied online and got a phone call within a week. Scheduled interview for the next day, pretty average questions, casual setting in the office. Second interview scheduled for the next day with another manager, very similar questions were asked, asked what I took from 1st interview and what I thought. Was offered the job on the spot during second interview.

Easy, 3 interview process. Basic management interview questions. All about customer service and associate deleopment. Marketing knowledge is great as well. It's a very fast paced environment and knowledge of the products will help you too.
