Ulta Beauty interview questions

I was called to schedule an interview about a day or two after I applied online. I went in and waited for the manager. It was casual and quick. They asked basic questions about my previous experience and why I wanted to work there. The place seemed like a nice place to work. Overall my experience was pleasent.

Interviewed with manager. Was offered job on the spot. This was just before holidays. I called them the next day because I was going to have a problem working certain hours. The manager said no problem we will work with you on that. Manager said she would call me back later that evening with my start date and schedule. She never called me back. I thought that was rude and very unprofessional. She could have at least called me back and told me it was not going to work out.
