Ulta Beauty interview questions

The process was pretty simple. Apply online, i think i received a callback for an interview within a week or two. I interviewed with the new Regional manager, she was very nice. I felt the interview was more so personal than question structured. After the interview she mentioned i'd have to do a 2nd interview. maybe 2 weeks went by and i got the call from the other manager wanting to offer me a lower position of the PT Lead Cashier which isnt what i even applied for and was half the pay, considering I worked for the company prior in the lead position, she said they wanted to see "how I do". A total disrespect. I declined the offer. I wanted to give the location a chance bc of what most say and I was quite disappointed to be handled that way.

After applying online I received a phone call from the manager who explained the role and then set up a time to meet for an interview. I was fairly quick and it happened in about a week and a half.
