Ulta Beauty interview questions

Put through 3 interviews. First was 30min second was 45min and final interview consisted of a little over 3 hours panel interview involving 4 different people. A complete waste of time as they ghosted me afterwards. You would think making a candidate go through that in 1 week they could atleast inform you had not been selected. Unlike Sephora who gives young people a chance it’s clear Ulta prefers people from certain companies and on the older side.

I came in person for an interview and they just asked me various situational questions such as describe a time when you had to use time management. They gave me a tour of the store as well.
