Super easy. Everyone was super friendly. It was more of a conversation than anything. They take people who are personable. Usually scoping to see if you can last in sales

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why you wanna work there
Applied via LinkedIn and was contacted two days later. Did phone screen but didn't proceed to further rounds. I was a bit thrown off by strictly negative behavioral questions and no other questions related to experience. Primarily conflict resolution questions, what negative feedback I've received from a manager, and what times I had disagreed with a client and what I did about it.

I applied online. I interviewed at TransPerfect (New York, NY) in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process was quite easy. Given this is an entry level position, the questions are standard as many people applying will not have experience or internships prior. Being personable is what matters, and answering the questions in a way that will make you a good fit for a sales role is ideal. A good first job out of college.
