Interview
Phone interview, followed by criteria test and an in person test with the staff and senior growth manager. Phone interview isn't too bad just getting to know you. Criteria test was about 30mins, just basic IQ questions - problem solving and mental maths.

How were my previous skills aligning with the current role being offered
The entire process was highly efficient. I received an interview invitation on the same day after submitting my online application. The interview itself was smoothly conducted with an HR, covering my professional background and career expectations. As this is an entry-level position, the defined compensation budget did not align with my salary expectations, so I did not advance to the next stage of the interview process.
I was unfortunately ghosted after the second round.
I had a good connection with the recruiter on the first call, she said that she saw good prospects in me. The next stage would be to complete some IQ and value fit tests; the recruiter asked me to complete them over the weekend so that she could connect me with the team lead on the following week. I did so and never heard back from them again despite several follow-ups.
