TransPerfect Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It was easy they ask me about my self and qualtification , and about my work experince , after that they ask me why i am fit for this postion

First I had a phone call with the recruiter to learn more about the role and talk about basic introductory things (expectations, skills, etc). Then went into the office for an in person-interview & met with 4-5 different managers (different verticals). Followed by an online assessment and a final interview over zoom.
