It took 45 mins, and I passed. It was easy. Then i was called for a face to face within a week.
Interview went well. Lots of the same questions from the phone interview, except this time there was more behavioral questions. It was pretty easy,

Question 1
describe an experience where you went above and beyond your duties?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TD in May 2009
Interview
I had heard about the job opening from a friend that works as an FSR. Initially, I went in with my resume and made sure it was given to the MCR of the branch. Since my friend knew the MCR quite well, he put in a referral for me. About a week and a half later I heard back from the MCR and was given an interview with her a few days after that.
The interview was a 1:1 interview and lasted about 15 minutes. She asked me why I was interested in TD, and if I could see myself staying with the bank for a longer term than just summer as it would take 6 months to become fully trained. It is definitely important to emphasize your commitment to the long term because they are not interested in short term employment. There were a few other "getting to know you" type questions, mostly just to assess my personality. Another crucial factor to TD is whether or not you'll fit in with their team.
After the interview, I was told that I'd receive a call within the next 2 days to find out if I was accepted for the position. The following day, I received a call that I had.
